A Remote Staffing Agency That Stays After the HireSourcing, vetting, payroll, training and performance — one partner.
Most remote staffing agencies are recruiters with a nicer website. They send résumés, collect a fee, and disappear the moment someone signs. We're built around the opposite bet: the value is in what happens after the placement, so that's where most of our work sits.
- One partner for sourcing, vetting, payroll and performance
- Proctored competency testing before any shortlist
- Ongoing coaching, quality monitoring and AI-tools training
- 30-day replacement guarantee on dedicated placements
- ~2 weeks
- Average fill time
- 1 invoice
- Payroll, compliance and contracts included
- 7/30/90
- Structured performance check-ins

What a full-service remote staffing agency should cover
Judging agencies is easier when you list the work the hire actually creates. Sourcing is a small slice of it. Testing, contracting, payroll, statutory compliance, onboarding, training, performance management and replacement risk are the rest — and they don't disappear because the hire is remote.
- Sourcing and screening against your actual requirements
- Proctored skills testing and work samples, not self-reported skills
- Contracting, payroll and statutory compliance in-country
- Structured onboarding with documented SOPs
- Ongoing coaching, monitoring and AI-tools training
- Replacement coverage when a fit goes wrong
Our process, start to finish
You submit a hire request describing the role, hours and tools. We build a scorecard, source against it, run testing, and present a shortlist of finalists with assessment results attached. You interview and choose. We handle contracting and onboarding, then stay engaged through the 7/30/90 check-in cadence.
- 1. Intake and scorecard — 1–2 days
- 2. Sourcing and proctored testing — 5–8 days
- 3. Finalist interviews with you — 2–3 days
- 4. Contracting, onboarding and SOP build — 3–5 days
- 5. Ongoing management for the life of the placement
How we price it
No percentage-of-salary recruiting fee. Fractional hourly support starts at $19/hr, dedicated full-time placement is a flat monthly rate per professional (roughly 15% below the equivalent hourly rate), and month-to-month is available from day one.
A four-month or longer commitment includes 10 hours of training and waives the $250 finder fee.
Where we're a bad fit
We're not the right partner if you want the cheapest possible hourly rate and plan to manage everything yourself — a marketplace will beat us on price. We're also not a fit for roles requiring physical presence, US-licensed professional work, or handling of regulated data we can't scope properly.
Frequently asked questions
- What does a remote staffing agency do?
- A full-service remote staffing agency sources and vets candidates, handles contracting, payroll and in-country compliance, runs onboarding, and manages performance for the life of the placement. Recruiting-only firms stop at the résumé handoff.
- How much does a remote staffing agency charge?
- We don't charge a percentage-of-salary placement fee. Fractional support starts at $19/hr and dedicated full-time placement is a flat monthly rate per professional, roughly 15% below the equivalent hourly rate. A $250 finder fee applies to short engagements and is waived at four months or more.
- How fast can you fill a remote role?
- About two weeks from intake for most roles. Specialized roles with strict software or domain requirements can take three weeks.
- Who employs the staff — you or us?
- We hold the contracts and handle payroll and statutory compliance in-country. You direct the day-to-day work and receive a single invoice.
- What happens if a placement doesn't work out?
- Dedicated placements carry a 30-day replacement guarantee. We source and onboard a replacement at no additional placement cost, and the trained backup shortens the ramp.
