Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Employer terms

Employer customers agree to (a) treat placed talent lawfully and fairly, (b) pay invoices in accordance with their signed engagement letter, and (c) not solicit placed talent to bypass the Service. Additional terms apply in your signed engagement letter and take precedence where they conflict with these Terms.

Candidate terms

Candidates and placed employees agree to provide truthful application and identity information, to perform assigned work professionally, and to comply with the client's reasonable policies. Time entries and check-ins must be accurate.

Acceptable use

• No unlawful, harassing, or fraudulent activity.
• No scraping, reverse engineering, or attempting to circumvent access controls.
• No spam, malware, or attempts to overload the Service.

Payments

Fees, billing terms, and refund rules are described on the pricing page and in your engagement letter. Late payments may incur fees and may result in service suspension.

Intellectual property

The Service, including software, content, and branding, is owned by staffingoverseas.com and its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute it except as expressly permitted.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific hiring outcomes, uninterrupted access, or error-free operation.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, staffingoverseas.com is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenues. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or to protect the Service or its users. Sections that by nature should survive termination will do so.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by applicable law where staffingoverseas.com is established. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction unless otherwise required by law.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
