- Is there a minimum commitment?
- Month-to-month is available from day one. Committing to four months or more unlocks 10 hours of included training and waives the $250 finder fee.
- What happens if the placement doesn't work out?
- Every dedicated placement comes with a 30-day replacement guarantee. If the fit isn't right, we source and onboard a replacement at no additional placement cost.
- How long does it take to get someone started?
- Most roles are shortlisted within a week and placed in under 14 days. We pre-screen candidates from an existing roster, so you interview finalists rather than sifting through applications.
